How long does shipping to the USA take?
Every order is cut and shipped within 1 business day by tracked DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. Delivery to the USA usually takes 3–5 business days, and you get a tracking number by email.
Is shipping free?
Express shipping is free on orders over $99. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of your fabric.
Can I order a sample before buying more?
Yes. Choose the 0.5 m (0.55 yd) length on any fabric to check the color, drape and feel at home.
Can you send me more photos or a video of a fabric?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with the fabric name or link and we will send close-ups and a drape video.
Can I return fabric?
Because fabric is cut to order, we cannot take back correctly cut lengths. If your fabric arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Designers, brands and shops can order larger quantities and full rolls. Send a request from our Wholesale page and we will reply with a quote.
