Because every length is cut to order, we cannot take back fabric that has been cut correctly. If your fabric arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you.

Not sure about a color or texture? Order a 0.5 m sample cut first, or ask us for extra photos and a video on WhatsApp.
